We are currently looking for part-time office manager/administrative assistant for the various companies and projects being facilitated through The Toolbox. The Toolbox is a private, for-profit manufacturing accelerator and we are located at The McKinstry Innovation Center in the heart of Spokane’s University District. Our mission is to start companies, create jobs, stimulate economic development, and help develop business leaders in our region.
The position will be about 20 hours per week on a contractor basis for opportunities in a fun and exciting environment. We are searching for a candidate that is familiar with the Microsoft Office suite. Duties include basic bookkeeping, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and providing administrative assistance.
